A little about our knives

Each Organic Tools knife is forged, shaped, sharpened, and finished entirely in-house by Tim—just one guy, over 30 years deep into the craft.

Built for function and built to last, these knives are heirloom-quality kitchen tools made to be used, appreciated, and eventually passed on. Every blade is made from premium steels and paired with materials chosen for strength, durability, and performance—from salvaged Tasmanian timbers to hard-wearing G10 handles.

Using traditional blacksmithing techniques and an eye for detail honed over decades, Tim creates tools that carry both grit and refinement.
